It is the time of year that the Newark Seventh-day Adventist Community Church begins collecting food items and money weekly for Thanksgiving Baskets that will be given to the Adventist Community Center's clients in need of having a nice meal for Thanksgiving.
We started these collections, September 4, and collections have been going very well with all those contributing. Here is the list of what is needed for October.
October 2- $10 and 4 cans of French Fried Onions and 4 Cans of Gravy
October 9- $10 and 4 Cans of Cranberry Sauce and 4 Cans of Mushroom Soup
October 16- $10 and 4 Boxes of Mashed Potatoes and 4 Bags of Stuffing
October 23- $10 and 4 Cans of Corn and 4 Cans of Green Beans and 4 Cans of
Gravy
October 30- $10 and 4 Cans of Mushroom Soup and 4 Cans of Cranberry Sauce and 4 Bags of Stuffing
